教学方面:重视实践教学,指导本科生产实习获校级优秀指导教师特等奖和校级教学成果二等奖,指导学生本科毕设论文获得校级优秀毕业论文。指导研究生多人次获国家奖学金、获校优秀毕业生、校优秀研究生等奖励。所指导的每位研究生都有机会参与国家级课题解决国家重大需求,直接进行企业实践面对企业实际问题,参加国际学术会议增强国际交流能力。近3年每年招收3-4名全日制硕士研究生,毕业的研究生绝大多数服务于航空航天重点企业。 科研方面:近五年来作为负责人主持国家自然科学基金课题2项、国家科技重大专项子课题5项、省部级项目4项、航空航天行业基金/产学研基金及企业横向课题20余项、北航青年拔尖人才项目1项;作为主要成员参与国家级和省部级项目多项。成果在航空航天多种零件及生产线上进行示范应用,支撑了国产高端装备及工具开发。发表论文50余篇(其中SCI论文18篇);受理授权发明专利11项,获软件著作权5项,主编制定并颁布标准1项。 近三年代表性的5篇论文: 1.
