教学及科研成果





    长期从事微纳米尺度测量和控制相关研究工作,在超精密空间定位、运动控制,纳米尺度力学性质表征,微纳米流体力学,超高速测量,基于图像处理的图像分割及物体跟踪,以及基于AFM的微操作等方面积累了丰富的经验。  

    作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目各一项、北京市自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目各一项、北京市科学技术研究院、教育部博士点基金(青年教师类)、中央高校基本科研业务费等十余项课题。  

    近年来,在包含美国科学院院刊PNAS(影响因子:9.580)和ACS Nano(影响因子:13.903)在内的国际知名期刊发表一作和通讯作者SCI论文40余篇,其中封面文章3篇;SCI他引达400余次;获授权国家发明专利10项。

Ultra-high precision  motion/force measurement and control, including the design of piezoelectric  actuator driven and flexure based motion stages, ultra-small motion/force  sensing and control;

Computer image processing based  measurement and control, including visual servo control, image segmentation,  and moving object tracking;

Micro/nanofluidics, including  interfacial micro/nanobubbles;

Cell mechanics, including the  development of metrologies of cell mechanical properties (motility,  morphology, and mechanics).
